We are seeking a friendly and energetic Front Desk Dental Receptionist for a fast-paced pediatric office in Scarborough who loves to have fun.
The right candidate is a caring, enthusiastic, self-directed, detail-oriented person with the ability to multitask as a Front Desk Dental Receptionist. They will be a highly motivated team player that delivers 5 star customer service. You are the face and voice of our office and usually the first point of contact for our patients; so excellent communication skills and a great attitude are a must! This position will require you to do whatever is needed at the time from answering phones, checking patients in or out, collecting payment, speaking with insurance companies and much much more. This position will also entail scheduling surgeries for our patients.
Our ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience in the dental or medical field as a receptionist with familiarity with insurance. This position is full time Monday- Friday. NO WEEKENDS!
