Job Summary
Just for Kids Preschool is currently seeking passionate teachers with a love for helping little people, we are looking for several qualified teachers to join our dedicated team. As a teacher you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn, grow, and develop essential skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to enhance the
intellectual, physical, and social development of children using provided curriculim.

2. Create a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages children's
exploration, creativity, and self-expression.

3. Establish and maintain effective communication with parents/guardians, keeping
them informed about their child's progress, behavior, and development in a positive manner.

4. Assess and monitor each child's individual needs, strengths, and areas for
improvement, and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.

5. Promote positive behavior management techniques to foster a respectful and
inclusive classroom community.

6. Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, meals served, progress, and
development, and prepare reports as required.

7. Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.

Qualifications:

1. At least six months experience working with children in an educational setting. (not required for aids)

2. Minimum Education, High School Diploma or Equivalent

3. First Aid and CPR certification (preferred), will need to be fingerprinted for background
search and Central Registry Search.
