Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Child Care Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for them to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Educate and supervise children in a preschool setting
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum to promote learning and development
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a structured daily schedule
- Provide care for infants, toddlers, and children with special needs
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress
- Monitor children's safety at all times
- Administer first aid when necessary
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting is preferred
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques
- Knowledge of infant care, toddler care, and working with children with disabilities
- Certification in first aid is a plus
- Background in nannying or special education is beneficial
- Ability to engage and interact positively with children of varying ages
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
