Hours : 1st shift : 6am - 2pm

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Eyelet Transfer Press Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining eyelet transfer presses to produce high-quality precision parts. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Set up and operate eyelet transfer presses to produce metal components according to specifications.

Perform tool changes, adjustments, and minor maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.

Monitor production runs, inspecting parts for accuracy using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary corrections to maintain quality and efficiency.

Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols.

Document production data and report any defects or machine malfunctions to the supervisor.

Work collaboratively with quality control and maintenance teams to ensure consistent product quality.

Qualifications :

Previous experience operating and setting up eyelet transfer presses is highly preferred.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications.

Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.
