Job Summary:
Just in Time Staffing LLC is seeking an experienced Aviation A&P Licensed QC Inspector to join our team. As a key member of our inspection team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of aircraft engines, components, and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft engines, components, and materials to ensure adherence to regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain and improve quality standards, ensuring a culture of excellence throughout the organization.
- Process incoming and outgoing materials according to company and customer requirements, guaranteeing seamless supply chain management.
- Ensure traceability of inspected products to prevent counterfeit or unapproved parts, maintaining the highest level of integrity.
- Review technical documents such as Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and Maintenance Manuals to stay up-to-date on the latest regulations and best practices.
- Utilize calibrated measurement tools, including digital micrometers and height gauges, to perform precise measurements and inspections.
- Verify compliance with purchase orders, repair orders, and customer instructions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent education/training, or four years of related experience and/or training.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License required.
