Additionally, each CSR is responsible for store hours and inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, DM in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
- Identify and address customer concerns, including order issues, returns, exchanges, and product inquiries
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
- Assist customers with navigating the website, placing orders, and accessing sales
- Process returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policy
- Track interactions and follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution
- Maintain proven processes and procedures, and use KPI’s to provide excellence in our service
- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and suggest process improvements
- Monitor and escalate unresolved issues to the next level to resolve difficult requests
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues related to orders or products
- Stay updated on product offerings, sales information, and health and wellness trends
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within time limits
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including but not limited to:
- Closed conversation/hour
- QA expectations
- Regular attendance, including required in-office and storefront hours
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or the health and wellness industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer mindset
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Proficient in using customer service platforms, CRM systems, and general office software
- Strong attention to detail and extensive organizational skills
- A passion for health and wellness and the products
- Ability to work independently in an office environment
- On-site, 40-hour-per-week full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend or overtime work as needed for special sale events
