Job Title : Marketing Graphic Designer

Location : Hybrid Position 3 days On-Site Orem, Utah

Full Time Exempt Position : $60,000 - $75,000 based on experience

Job Overview

Just Ingredients is looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join the marketing team at our growing company. The Graphic Designer will primarily be responsible for creating and designing marketing materials for both digital and print use, including websites, ad graphics, billboards, retail materials, etc., and will shape our brand's visual identity while collaborating with a passionate and creative team. Candidates without a portfolio will not be considered.

Responsibilities for Graphic Designer

Design visually compelling graphics for a variety of platforms, including but not limited to social media, email campaigns, ads, billboards, websites, and retail displays, ensuring a consistent and appealing brand presence across different channels.
Deliver projects with exceptional quality while meeting deadlines.
Prioritize, manage, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
Utilize a diverse array of media and specialize in graphic design software, with a focus on Adobe Creative Suite. Figma is a bonus.
Collaborate with the marketing, product, and retail teams to ensure proper branding and timely delivery of needed projects.
Stay up-to-date on digital design trends online to stay ahead of the competition in creating innovative designs.
Design of quality graphics and marketing materials to elevate customer engagement

Qualifications for Graphic Designer

Required : Compelling portfolio of work showcasing a wide range of creative projects.

Preferred : Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, marketing, or related field

Proven graphic design experience of 3-7 years, with a mix of print and digital design.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must. Figma experience is a bonus, as well as Lightroom, After Effects, and other graphic design software.

A keen eye for detail to create pixel-perfect designs.

Creative problem-solving skills to create and develop compelling visuals that resonate.

Detail-oriented and able to stay on task to ensure prompt completion of projects.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to actively receive and seamlessly integrate feedback into work.

Eager to expand design expertise, embrace challenges beyond the comfort zone, and take initiative in mastering new skills.

Strong communication skills to ensure projects align with goals and expectations.

Able to work closely with the marketing team to execute design visions for promotions

Bonus : knowledge of the Health and Wellness industry and the Just Ingredients brand, style, and product line.
