- Monitor CCTV Cameras:
- Continuously monitor multiple surveillance feeds to detect unusual behavior, suspicious activities, or security breaches.
- Recording & Reporting:
- Accurately record incidents, disturbances, or any security issues observed. Maintain video logs and prepare incident reports when necessary.
- Surveillance Control:
- Operate CCTV cameras, adjust angles, and zoom in or out to enhance footage for clarity. Ensure all cameras are functioning correctly, and report any faults or malfunctions to the technical support team.
- Alert Security Personnel:
- Inform on-duty security officers or law enforcement immediately in case of any emergency, criminal activity, or breach detected.
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security systems or surveillance technology is a plus.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in surveillance operations, security, or a related field preferred.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot unusual behavior
- Proficiency with CCTV and surveillance systems
