What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Preschool Teacher position at Just Kidding Learning Center?
Just Kidding Learning Center is looking for a teacher with a love for children. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, has good communication skills and a strong work ethic. The primary age group will be 3 years and up.
Hours between 3:00 pm- 6:00 pm, Monday-Friday, with holidays and weekends off.
Primary duties of this position are:
- Caring for children
- Maintaining a clean classroom and play environment
- Maintaining a safe and fun learning environment
- Communicating with co-teachers and parents
- Serve as a role model for the children on a daily basis by maintaining a professional attitude, using positive communication with children, parents and co-workers at all times
- Perform other duties as requested
You must be able to obtain a Washoe County Sheriff's Card (pass a background check), have a negative TB test and be willing to complete the required classes within 90 days.
Benefits include: Paid holidays after 6 months, paid vacation after 6 months, no weekends, off by 6:00 pm!
