Just Kids is a group of specialized preschools in Suffolk & Nassau County, Long Island, NY. Serving children with a wide range of disabilities from three to five years of age.
We work as an interdisciplinary team with occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, nursing, vision therapy, and special education teachers.

This social worker will be an active member of a multi-disciplinary Special Education team, and become a liaison between the home and educational environment.
Responsibilities include FBA / BIB family outreach, community referrals / resources, parent training / counseling, daily classroom support and consultation, Crisis Team, co-lead support groups / workshops and social emotional lesson.
