Top Tier Wilmington, DE Law office seeks an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager. The Marketing and Business Development Manager will play a critical role driving the firm’s growth and reputation by developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives and fostering business relationships, with particular focus on the national markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal industry and be adept at leveraging marketing tools to promote the firm’s services.
Preferred qualifications include: Experience working in a law firm or legal marketing role; Familiarity with legal directories and awards submissions (e.g., Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, Best Lawyers); and Knowledge of legal industry trends and insights related to client development and market positioning. 5 years of marketing and business development experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
