Experience in a restaurant, cafe, or coffee atmosphere is preferred, but if you're new to the industry, we provide a fantastic one-on-one training program. We rotate roles and cross-train employees to ensure everyone has the skills needed for success.
PAY: In addition to a supportive work environment and competitive flat hourly pay plus restaurant tip-pool share, our cafe is open seven days a week from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, providing a consistent schedule for work-life balance. How awesome to have the nights off!!
Pay: Baristas avg $15 - $18 hourly includes tip. Plenty of room to grow within our company.
First shift begins at 5:30AM, and our last shift can average from 4:45pm - 5:30pm Must be able to work weekends!
