· If you have any restaurant/retail experience, that’s great! If not, we will teach you like we have our entire team!
· We get very busy at times! Must have a sense of urgency.
· Having attention to detail is important, presentation matters.
· We will teach you, but you must have the ability to listen, be coachable and communicate effectively to be successful.
Any role at Just Love has a high level of expectation because we want you to succeed anywhere you go. We rotate all roles, we cross-train all employees once each role is understood. We cooking everything on waffle grill irons, you are given the tools and support necessary to succeed! With extensive training, a fantastic team and many resources, you are set up for SUCCESS! Avg pay of our teammates avg $14 - $17 hourly, includes tips. Our one plus year teammates avg $17 - $20 hr includes tips
