Customer Experience Representative Responsibilities:
- Handle escalated customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in providing information to customers about products
- Process refunds or settle complaints within predetermined practices
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation

Location and Hours
This position is in-person in Springville, UT. The hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
