About Our Company:
Our company is a leader in providing specialized seating systems to long term care facilities. For the last 25 years our territory sales reps have offered premium products and strong customer support.
About the Position
The Sales Administrator position supports our sales reps and provides general customer service. The primary responsibilities include:
- answering phones
- directing email traffic
- generating quotes for the sales team
- generating sales orders
- coordinating the start of a new rental or stopping a current rental
- collaborating with the Billing Coordinator and the Logistics Manager to ensure timely and accurate processing of sales and product inquiries
This position is for a detailed person who has experience with QuickBooks Desktop, MS Office (Excel and Outlook) along with other sales management tools. ZOHO sales management tools experience very helpful. Experience with Excel Spreadsheet very important.
Close attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple distractions and projects at the same time. Must be organized with the ability to get daily tasks accomplished. Self motivation is a key factor to being successful in this position. Must have the ability to talk to sales reps on the phone.
Flexible schedule - 25-30 hours per week. Perfect for someone with children in school. 5-6 hours per day.
