ROLE SUMMARY
The team at Just Pended Denver Real Estate Media are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as the Client Success Manager. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all client communications via email, text, and phone while ensuring responsiveness and client satisfaction.
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our services and procedures.
- Oversee project schedules, timelines, and team calendars, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.
- Schedule photo/video shoots and manage calendars across multiple markets.
- Supervise virtual assistants, providing guidance and performance oversight.
- Streamline and improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure product and service excellence.
- Build and maintain an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) library for key tasks and processes.
- Collaborate across departments to align on client projects and operational goals.
- Provide insights and consultations on service upgrades and packages to enhance client value.
- Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time.
- Analyze performance data, identify trends, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Contribute to a positive team culture through engagement, professional development, and retention initiatives.
- Assist the Founder with daily tasks, scheduling, and administrative support as needed.
- Provide input and assistance on strategic initiatives, helping to execute plans effectively.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- You have 3-6 years of experience in an operations and/or administrative role within fast-paced service industries like event planning, hospitality management, agency operations, or SaaS account management. Supporting a business executive or owner specifically is a plus.
- You are proficient in utilizing and maintaining CRM tools & project management software.
- You showcase strong leadership/organizational skills and have experience managing a team.
- You are professional and showcase etiquette, a positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills.
- You are great with clients and understand the importance of relationship building.
- You are analytical and possess strong creative, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
- You can function under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- You are detail obsessive and understand the importance of attention to detail.
- You take feedback well and constantly look for ways to improve your craft and the craft of the team at large.
BONUS POINTS
- Real estate industry, marketing/sales, and/or client directing experience.
- Familiarity with media/real estate media equipment and photo shoots.
COMPENSATION, WORK HOURS & BENEFITS
- Pay will be $65-75K annually (based on experience).
- Full-time, flexible work schedule (40 hours per week).
- Remote-friendly (Denver preferred, but not required). Occasional in-person meetings will be required.
- Availability required during standard business hours in Mountain and Alaska time zones (8:00A-5:00/6:00P local time in each market). Due to time zone differences, this role is not well-suited for candidates on the East Coast or internationally.
