Job Summary :
Just Play is seeking an EDI Coordinator. The role is responsible for monitoring incoming and outgoing data or documents, test and audit the system for issues, and implement improvements. You will analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize EDI systems to ensure efficient and accurate data transmission, and serve as the initial contact for troubleshooting inquires, monitoring document transmissions, and identifying opportunities to improve relevant processes.
To ensure success as EDI Coordinator the ideal candidate will have previous EDI experience, be detail oriented, and have strong Microsoft Office skills.
Principal Responsibilities :
- Receive / Create / Maintain EDI transactions.
- Monitor EDI reports and resolve alerts / errors on inbound and outbound for all documents (new items, new addresses, new stores, new carriers, correct tracking).
- Use SPS Commerce / True Commerce and customer vendor portals to retrieve / send EDI documents.
- Processing Sales Orders - create pick tickets and generate shipments for 3PL orders (940's / 945's) and in-house orders.
- Creating ASNs, UCC128 labels and packing lists.
- Routing requests for in-house and 3PL shipments.
- Submit ASN for shipments from 3PLs
- Submitting invoices for EDI customers
- Third party Portal management
- Monitor generation and transmission of both inbound and outbound EDI data.
- Review / log failures, resolve data issues, and reload data as required.
