Part of the Just Poke local franchise, this West Seattle hiring location is independently owned and operated.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create a positive, safe environment for employees and guests.
- Lead the store in day-to-day operations. Ensures Just Poke policies and procedures are followed and executed well.
- Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including serving areas, prep areas etc.
- Assists in training new team members and leads by example while working in the store. Coaches and leads team members to ensure accurate portions, upselling and customer service guidelines are executed.
- Communicates clear shift notes to ensure other managers are set up for success. Properly delegates tasks to ensure checklists and other tasks are completed while they are managing a shift.
- Assist with: prep duties, customer issue resolution, receiving orders, and employee call-outs as needed.
- Lead the store in excellent food preparation operations including food safety and Just Poke recipe guidelines. Ensures all daily prep is complete and communicates with management team about prep needs during days off. Consistently sets the team up for successful service.
- Ensures orders are put away and that products are stored with food safety guidelines met. Organizes products to ensure accurate inventory can be kept. Assists in reducing product waste.
- Ensures kitchen area is clean and properly closed down including sinks and drains. Alerts management when issues arise with kitchen tools, equipment and space.
- Overseeing Opening/Closing of store.
- Assists managers with other responsibilities as needed.

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
