Just Right Cleaning & Construction hiring a Water Mitigation Crew Lead to join our Moses Lake, WA location.. A Technician is responsible for Mitigation/ Restoration in the customer’s home and/or businesses. conducting various task to support other workers and departments. Providing excellent service, care, and commitment, by rebuilding and restoring clients’ belongings.

Job Overview:

Water Mitigation Crew Lead manages and completes jobs according to the work order. Respond to service calls, set up and establish efficient job flow, coordinate requirements for the job, complete job documentation, perform and supervise production work, and monitor assigned jobs from start to finish. Follow and enforce all safety procedures on the job site. Communicate and establish relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential customers.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
  • Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
  • Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
  • Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
  • Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
  • Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
  • Loads and unloads company vehicles with supplies, equipment, and customer’s property with care. Ensures all items are safely secure to avoid damage while moving. Takes inventory of all items
  • Drives company vehicles to designated locations in a safe manner and abides by all state driving laws. Maintains a neat orderly vehicle.
  • Provides mitigation services to properties damaged by fire, mold, water, and weather.
  • Clean, pack/move, inventory and store customers belongings and property.
  • Performs water extraction, carpet/floor drying and cleaning, mold, and mildew remediations, deodorization/decontamination, demolition, and debris removal.
  • Demolish and/or remove damaged materials.
  • Performs accurate moisture readings.
  • Assist skill trade workers, crew leaders, project managers on emergency response and construction projects.
  • Set up, monitor, and move equipment needed for water extraction and drying premises.
  • Promotes, demonstrates, and abides by company’s policies, safety processes and guidelines.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity to both company and the customer.
  • Completes and maintains all work orders and paperwork.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management, to assure task are complete correctly and on time
  • Good verbal and communication skills
  • Good Customer service skills
  • Ability to work both daily and weekend overtime, be part of an on-call rotation and after-hours availability. Good attendance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects. Team assisted lift for larger/heavier items.
  • Must be able to work in both inside and outside working conditions, including environment conditions and temperatures.
  • Must be able to work in an environment that has suffered fire, water and/or wind damage.

Education and Experience:

  • GED/High School Diploma preferred.
  • 3 years of Crew leader experience
  • Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 plus overtime and on-call bonus
