Just Salad is looking for a IT Intern to join the IT Team. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, enthusiastic and motivated candidate with a strong ability to problem-solve and a willingness to continuously learn. The IT intern will report to the Director of IT and serve as a key resource for all IT-related queries at the user level across 90 Locations (NYC, FL, CHI, NJ, PA, CT, MA) and Corporate (70 members). Be a part of one of the fastest-growing restaurant chains! Our interns will gain first-hand knowledge of the restaurant industry and learn the ins and outs of working in a corporate environment.
This position will report to our IT Director.
This position will on site in our NYC office.
Our ideal intern would have the following qualities:
- Pursuing a degree in IT, Info systems, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in marketing or related field
- Excellent verbal skills and strong attention to detail
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload.
Internship Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to staff and on hardware and software-related issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, and software
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues
- Organization of new equipment and existing inventory
- Research and recommend solutions for technical problems
- 60-70% travel across NYC
Time Commitment & Compensation:
- 40 hours per week (FT) or 10-15 hours per week (PT)
- Free Just Salad lunch while working
- Weekly Stipend ($125-$600/week) pending on hours and experience
- April 1, 2025 – June 10, 2025 (12 weeks)
