Primary Responsibilities: You will work closely with the Vice President and General Manager, following up with and assisting both prospects and clients.
- Follow up calls to inbound leads received from website, scheduling appointments for Vice President when necessary
- Assist leadership in preparing proposals and quotes
- Generate and manage client and prospect quotes, including hardware (computers, laptops), product and subscription renewals, and printer supplies
- Conduct regular client check-ins and schedule quarterly business reviews to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any needs or concerns
- Make outbound calls to follow up on marketing campaigns or new business opportunities
- Attend client meetings to take notes and create task list for Vice President
- Various administrative tasks as needed

Education and Experience:
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Business-related BS degree preferred (Business Management, Marketing, Communications)
- Technical knowledge/background is required for this position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
