JustTech is actively seeking a highly skilled individual with excellent communication & organizational skills for a Solutions Specialist (Sales) full-time position. The position is territory based in Southern Maryland. This employee will work from the La Plata, Maryland office covering Charles and St. Mary’s Counties area providing account management and equipment & managed print business to business (B2B) sales & generating managed IT leads for JustTech’s clients and establishments in the assigned region. This individual will report to the Director of Sales.
JustTech, a 2020 & 2021 Inc. 5000 designee and a 2023 & 2024 CRN MSP 500 honoree is a technology company and has been keeping more than 2,000 clients happy since 2006 in providing our Print Solutions, Network & IT Solutions and custom Xerox App Solutions.
Through our Print Solutions, we offer sales and support for Xerox copiers & printers. Currently we are managing thousands of copiers & printers making millions of impressions every month.
With our Network Solutions, we provide Managed Network Services & IT Support to more than 100 small businesses, non-profits and religious organizations. We specialize in proactive support and provide onsite & remote assistance.
Job Duties :
- Manage existing accounts to upgrade, replace and add additional copiers, printers, or other services.
- Call on local business in your assigned area to add to the customer base.
- Manage the sales cycle from first call to close, includes print analysis, machine recommendation, and pricing.
- Offer marketing and promotional materials to businesses in the assigned area.
- Put new contacts into Sales Force in a timely manner.
- Communicate with customers, potential customers, and JustTech Team to keep everyone updated.
- Other duties as assigned.
