Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our organization as the Director of Programming. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our programming department. You will develop and execute a strategic vision for our programming efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and innovative programs that align with our organization's mission and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. This is a senior leadership position that requires exceptional strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a passion for driving positive change through impactful programs.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive programming strategy that supports our organization's mission and goals.
• Lead and manage a team of program managers, coordinators, and support staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Oversee the planning, development, and execution of all programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management and other departments, to ensure programming aligns with organizational priorities and objectives.
• Conduct regular needs assessments and market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges in the programming landscape.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including funders, community organizations, and other stakeholders, to enhance program effectiveness and secure necessary resources.
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and impact, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, regulations, and trends in programming, and incorporate relevant knowledge into program design and implementation.
• Prepare and present regular reports on program performance, outcomes, and impact to senior management and the Board of Directors.
