About the Role

We’re seeking a visionary leader to incubate and scale new AI-driven business opportunities. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will work alongside the CEO and senior leadership to identify, develop, and deliver the next $100M growth opportunity. This role demands proven experience launching products, optimizing digital workflows, and driving user conversion—leveraging Lean Startup methodologies in entrepreneurial environments.

What You’ll Do

Identify, prioritize, and evaluate new ideas based on market, revenue, and EBITDA potential.
Drive innovation through rapid concept testing, leveraging Lean Startup principles.
Collaborate with customer research and data analytics teams to align opportunities with user needs.
Define product requirements for MVPs and enhancements.
Build, manage, and inspire cross-functional teams.
Maximize execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

Skills & Experience

7 years of experience, including 5 years in digital product strategy and growth.

Proven track record incubating products from concept to launch with measurable financial impact.

Deep understanding of AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies.

Expertise in rapid testing, customer delight, and data-driven decision-making.

Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.

Self-starter with a bias for action and comfort with ambiguity.

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Computer Science background a plus.

Collaboration

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Promote co-creation and encourage others to participate; works smoothly across all levels and departments.

Manages time and meetings effectively, properly leveraging managers' time.

Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
