```Duties``` - Develop and deliver engaging and interactive nursing curriculum to students - Provide instruction in various nursing subjects, including primary care, ICU, and patient care - Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and online platforms such as Blackboard to facilitate student learning - Assess student performance through exams, assignments, and clinical evaluations - Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and professional development - Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure curriculum alignment and program effectiveness - Stay updated on current trends and advancements in nursing education and incorporate them into teaching practices ```Experience``` - Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing practice, preferably in a critical care or primary care setting - Prior experience in nursing administration or leadership roles is a plus - Familiarity with adult education principles and learning technologies - Experience in higher education teaching or instructional design is highly desirable - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
