JustFab is looking for a Buyer for Footwear & Accessories.
As a Buyer for Footwear & Accessories at JustFab, you will lead the strategy, assortment planning, and product lifecycle management for the brand’s key categories. You will play a critical role in driving revenue, customer engagement, and market share by delivering trend-right, customer-centric assortments. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, creative vision, and analytical expertise to ensure the business meets and exceeds financial goals.
This position will report to the VP Merchandising & Design.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $75,600-$90,000. The range provided includes the base salary that JustFab expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.

What You Will Do
- Assortment Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute seasonal merchandising strategies for Mens and Womens Footwear Categories, aligning with brand vision, customer insights, and financial targets.
- Partner with the VP of Merchandising to set category objectives and growth plans, ensuring alignment with overarching company goals.
- Lead trend forecasting, competitive analysis, and customer research to identify white space opportunities.
- Product Development & Line Planning:
- Collaborate with design and product development teams to create compelling assortments that balance innovation, trend, and commerciality.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring product is delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee pricing, margin analysis, and SKU productivity to maximize profitability.
- Business Management & Analytics:
- Manage category P&L, driving financial performance through strategic inventory planning, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives.
- Analyze sales, customer feedback, and competitive performance to identify opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor category performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize sales and margin.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Planning, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to develop seasonal buy plans and storytelling strategies that drive customer engagement.
- Work closely with Supply Chain and Operations teams to ensure timely product delivery and inventory optimization.
- Align with Paid Media and CRM teams to execute targeted campaigns that enhance category performance and customer acquisition.
- Leadership & Team Development:
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
- Serve as a thought leader within the merchandising team, contributing to broader business strategies and initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
- 6 years of experience in merchandising, with a focus on Footwear.
- Strong understanding of the direct-to-consumer retail landscape, with experience in e-commerce preferred.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability through strategic merchandising.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and merchandising planning tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Passion for fashion and an eye for trends, coupled with a customer-first mindset.
