JustFab Inc. is looking for a Director, Supply Chain to ideate, implement, and create cutting edge supply chain products and solutions that would create seamless flow of merchandise across the global supply chain. This is a high impact role with an opportunity to influence one of the highest visibility and high impact areas.
This individual is expected to own incubation and execution of innovative supply chain management concepts. The goal is to improve and enhance the JustFab network to ultimately drive the best customer experience in a reliable and cost-efficient manner. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and skillful in formulating data-driven decisions, comfortable navigating systems, and self-directive in the face of ambiguity to make progress.
A key to success for this individual will be the speed at which opportunities are identified, implemented and success is measured.

The annual base salary range for this position is from 128,100-$150,000. The range provided includes the base salary that JustFab expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.

What You Will Do
- Direct, manage, and support the business on projects and strategic planning related to supply chain
- Partner with our Asia office to establish SOPs & business requirements for our supply chain technology stack
- Establish a culture of continuous improvement for the Supply Chain organization.
- Lead the efforts to plan, manage and successfully execute initiatives including providing day-to-day leadership and direction to resources working on the initiatives.
- Provide expertise to Executive Leadership and internal partners to rapidly assess and address immediate and long-term Global Supply Chain initiatives and process improvements.
- Provide expertise and capacity to rapidly assess and address emerging business issues as they arise.
- Drive project management and process improvement best practices throughout the organization.
- Analyze existing business processes (both in and outside area of functional expertise), recommend improvements, and implement improvements in order that the changes are adopted and sustained with a focus on speed/cost tradeoffs.
- Develop and execute high performance action plans to drive continuous productivity and process improvements with the business partners and vendor community.
- Develop processes, systems, and dashboards to track process improvement performance and supply chain KPIs.
- Knowledge of supply chain/logistics
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop, coordinate and implement project plans and timelines.
- Excellent organization, time management skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Thrives in building and nourishing collaborative and respectful relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Strong customer (internal and external) dedication and support experience
- Thorough understanding and accountability for P&L’s
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Track record of success in developing customer solution
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of end-to-end supply chain.
- Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Experience with merchandising, production, vendor, and store operations a plus
- Experience with storyboarding and presenting
- 8 years’ experience in supply chain strategy, logistics and/or operations
- Successful track record of implementing supply chain improvements.
- Bachelor’s level degree –Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business.
- Prior experience in large retail/and or ecommerce organizations with demonstrated success in Supply Chain operations.
- Experience working in consulting or a shared service environment
