Senior Art Director

JustFab Brands is looking for an experienced Senior Art Director to join our Creative Team. This role will be crucial in producing innovative, high-quality work across our Women’s, Men’s, Kids, Lifestyle and Beauty categories.
This role will report into our Vice President of Creative and work closely with our other art directors, designers, photo studio and cross-functional teams to build and develop brand visuals for multi-channel creative campaigns. This individual will have a strong focus on storytelling through design and copy with a focus on creating direct-response content.
The right candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, managing a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
This role is based in Los Angeles and may require domestic and international travel.

What You’ll Do : Campaign Execution
Execute creative campaigns based on established briefs, collaborating with the VP of Creative and senior leaders to develop the campaigns vision, direction, and strategy ensuring it aligns with the intended usage across all channels (social, web, print, acquisition).Leverage data to make informed visual decisions and adjustments using A / B testing as a tool to enhance campaign effectiveness and engagement.Collaborate with the VP of Creative and studio team to execute the campaign shoot's vision, ensuring all content on brief and shot list is captured.Ensure that creative strategies are properly executed and support both brand messaging and business goals.Art Direction
Oversee the creation of stunning, visually consistent designs across digital and print platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards.Develop mood boards, style guides, and creative briefs to align teams on visual storytelling.Provide hands-on art direction for photo and video shoots, including styling, set design, lighting, and overall creative vision.Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and HMU artists to execute the creative brief, to capture the intended look and feel of the shoot.Oversee direction on day-to-day photo retouching and color correction process for all photo assets, ensuring high-quality, on-brand visuals are produced.Design
Provide hands-on design support and have a solid understanding of graphic design principles with the ability to work on a range of projects as needed. Designing digital experiences and visual mocks to share ideation and campaign execution.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) and trends, applying this expertise to ensure technical proficiency and innovation in design work.Enforce brand guidelines and help maintain creative and visual standards across all initiatives.What You’ll Bring :
Minimum 7 years of art direction and creative leadership experience in the retail, fashion, lifestyle and beauty space, with a strong emphasis on digital and consumer-centric brands.Strong visual design and on-set art direction skills with experience working with outside teams and partners to generate on-brand, compelling assets. On-set hands-on styling experience is a plus!Proficiency in design and photography software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, Figma, and PowerPoint for deck creation.Proven ability to mentor and inspire creative teams to deliver innovative and effective work.Demonstrated success in developing and executing creative strategies that drive business results.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.Expertise in creative production, including video, photography, and design, with a keen eye for detail.Takes direction and constructive critiques well and can self-direct when needed.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas effectively.A solid understanding of digital media, e-commerce, and the evolving landscape of creative marketing.A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work.Compensation & Total Rewards :

The range provided includes the base salary that JustFab expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
