JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Sales & Marketing Support Specialist to assist our sales team with selling our full suite of services. This role will manage various tasks within the sales cycle focusing on providing internal support and ensuring prospective and current clients receive the highest level of service and support.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide specialized sales and administrative support to our sales team
- Learn our full suite of services and pricing becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on these
- Primary lead collection point of contact
- Will conduct detailed research on potential sales opportunities weeding out non-legitimate sales leads
- Analyze current client performance and profile fulfillment
- Call, and email, existing clients about their current services
- Have ability to up-sell current clients with new services
- Make client retention and failed payment calls
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Demonstrated ability to fully understand our full suite of services and pricing
- Extreme attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong technical skills and aptitude to learn internal systems
- Experience using Salesforce a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while constantly maintaining a friendly and positive can-do attitude.
