Who we are looking for:
Do you have an interest in working with youth and young adults who are at risk for psychosis or experiencing any type of psychosis? Join our Flexible Support Services Team for an internship to grow in the field and provide support to young people and their families. There are many reasons individuals experience psychosis and we hope to help bring hope and information to young people and their families and maximize recovery.
Job Description:
The internship role can be for Master's level students or Bachelor's level students. follows primarily a home-visiting model with flexibility. The Intern will work with clients and caregivers as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a minimum of working on a Bachelor's Degree in a human services field (psychology, counseling, social work, etc.) OR a Master's Degree in social work or psychology.
- Be available to work flexibly during the day (weekdays only) to accommodate client schedules.
- Background and driving record checks will be performed. Must maintain valid driver’s license, as outreach and transporting persons served may be required.
