Who We Are Looking For:
Are you the Group Home Supervisor we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by leading a dynamic team and bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our clients!
Lindencroft is a group home treatment setting for adolescents that specializes in trauma informed care. Lindencroft provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.
Salary: $23.00/hour
Sign-on Bonus: We are offering a $1,000 sign on bonus ($500 paid after 4 weeks of employment and another $500 paid after 6 months).
Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.
JRI Provides The Training So That:
- YOU will be able to ensure program safety and compliance with safety and security procedure while on site, and also through rotating on call coverage
- YOU will support the professional development of Residential Counselors through training and supervision.
- YOU will be able to support all efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
- YOU will support staff and programming through your knowledge of the policies and procedures of the Lindencroft's Residential Department.

Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Group home, residential program or mental health facility experience required.
- Supervisory experience in Mental Health facility required.
- Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting clients is required.
- Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
- At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our clients!
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
