Position Summary: This position provides administrative oversight to JusticePoint programs in Adams County, Clark County, Oneida County, Portage County, and Vilas County. This includes supervision of pretrial supervision and diversion program case management and Treatment Court Coordinator positions, building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, managing budgets, data collection, and reporting. The Regional Director keeps JusticePoint’s administrative team informed about the local programs and provides support to the local teams.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Leading a diverse team of skilled professionals in meeting contractual obligations
- Oversight of Pretrial Supervision, Diversion and Treatment Court Programs
- Representing JusticePoint and our County programs at local Criminal Justice Coordinating Council meetings
- Supervision of Case Management and Coordinator employees
- Providing guidance and oversight of Treatment Court, Diversion, and Pretrial standards and best practices
- Compiling and reporting out on County level data
- Building and maintaining relationships with County stakeholders and the JusticePoint administrative team

- Hands-on experience managing and developing program budgets and contracts
- Ability to travel between sites frequently
Minimum Qualifications
- Social Work, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or related degree required
- Management experience or equivalent background
- Must pass background check
Position Terms
- Permanent full-time position
- Travel required
- Main office in Stevens Point, 50% travel to other sites expected.
- Reports to Agency Administrator
