FULL-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / SUPERVISED VISITATION MONITOR - ERIE COUNTY, PA.

JusticeWorks is seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, including working within our databases, maintaining records, and preparing documents. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have a strong attention to detail.
You will also be responsible for supervising visitation sessions between parents and children. You will make sure that the visits are conducted in a safe manner and that the best interests of the child remain the top priority. You will be expected to be alert and attentive during the visit, and to intervene if necessary. The qualified Administrative Assistant / Supervised Visitation Monitor:
- High School Diploma.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
- Pass current, applicable clearances.
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
The qualified Administrative Assistant / Supervised Visitation Monitor:
- Ensure all new hire paperwork and/or any employee changes are communicated to the corporate office.
- Ensure all Human Resource Files are current and complete.
- Prepare new client files.
- Prepare for employee orientation & training.
- Assist Caseworkers in observing and reporting significant behavior and conversation.
- Communicate and maintain relationships with county workers, families and community providers.
- Perform related program and clerical tasks, as directed by proper authority.
- Administer Drug Testing following the appropriate county protocol as applicable.
