JusticeWorks YouthCare is hiring a Family Intervention Case Manager! As a Family Intervention Case Manager, you will be part of a team that works to ensure the safety and well-being of children and families in our community. You will be a key resource in providing support to families in need, offering services such as assessment, advocacy, and referral to other community resources. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other professionals such as social workers, psychologists, and educators. If you are passionate about working in the Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice or Social Work field, this is the job for you!
This Bilingual Family Intervention Case Manager must be fluent in English and Spanish.

The qualified Bilingual Family Intervention Case Manager will:
- Conduct assessments to identify family strengths, needs, and risk factors.
- Facilitate referrals to community resources such as housing, counseling, and financial assistance.
- Collaborate with social workers, therapists, schools, and other community stakeholders.
- Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.
The qualified Bilingual Family Intervention Case Manager will have:
- Associates Degree required.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
- Pass current, applicable clearances.
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
