Family Resource Specialist
HOURLY PAY RANGE: DIRECT RATE (Work time spent with clients) $22.00 - $24.00 PER HOUR
INDIRECT RATE (Work time spent without clients) $18.50 per hour

JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a Child Services Case Manager! The Child Services Case Manager will be responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to children and families. Working with a team of professionals, you will assess the needs of each family, develop individualized goals, and coordinate services to assist families in navigating the social service system, provide crisis intervention, and help to promote positive change through advocacy. The qualified Child Services Case Manager will have:
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree. Preferred areas of study include social work, criminal justice, psychology, or related field and a minimum of one (1) year direct care experience or supervised practice in lieu of the experience requirement.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
The qualified Child Services Case Manager will:
- Assess and engage families in service planning based on demonstrated needs.
- Plan and implement appropriate interventions using evidence based and best practice approaches.
- Maintain a flexible workweek, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet family needs.
- Schedule and complete intakes within 24 hours of assignment.
- Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.
