The qualified Child Welfare Supervisor will:
- Conduct weekly individual supervision with each staff: case reviews, evaluation of employee performance related to program quality and service requirements.
- Assist and manage with performance management of field staff, including completing proper documentation and provide training as needed in areas of need.
- Assign referrals in accordance to program standards.
- Accompany field staff to meetings and/or court hearings as needed.
- Develop and maintain positive community and stakeholder collaboration.
- Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.
The qualified Child Welfare Supervisor will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in social work, criminal justice, psychology or a related field and two (2) years’ of relevant experience, preferred or
- High School diploma with four (4) years’ of relevant experience.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
- Pass current, applicable clearances.
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
