JusticeWorks is seeking a dedicated Child Welfare Transportation Dispatcher to join our compassionate team in providing safe and reliable transportation services for children under the care of child welfare services. As the first point of contact in coordinating transportation needs, your role will be pivotal in ensuring that children reach their destinations safely and on time, including appointments, family visits, and school activities. The qualified Child Welfare Transportation Dispatcher will:
- Conduct and document monthly vehicle inspections and maintenance. Monitor vehicle mileage and assist in identifying cost-savings ways of utilizing the company vehicle.
- Accompany transportation staff to meetings and/or court hearings as needed.
- Assist in the implementation of future transportation services in other counties.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of two (2) years’ work experience as a supervisor.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle
- Pass current, applicable clearances.
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
