JusticeWorks YouthCare is hiring a Family Advocacy Case Manager! As a Family Advocacy Case Manager, you will be responsible for working with families to ensure they have access to the resources they need to support their children. You will be the point of contact for families, offering support and assistance with locating community resources. You will be responsible for assessing the family’s needs and providing resources and services to help families achieve stability. The qualified Family Advocacy Case Manager will:
- Assess and engage families in service planning based on demonstrated needs.
- Plan and implement appropriate interventions using evidence based and best practice approaches.
- Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.
The qualified Family Advocacy Case Manager will have:
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
- Pass current, applicable clearances.
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
