PART-TIME FAMILY RESOURCE NAVIGATOR - NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY, PA.

The Family Resource Navigator will be responsible for connecting families with community resources and services to support their needs. This Family Resource Navigator will assist families identify resources such as housing, food programs, childcare, healthcare, and educational support. This position requires a strong understanding of community resources and the ability to build relationships with families in need. The qualified Family Resource Navigator will:
- Assess the needs of families and connect them with appropriate community resources and services
- Build relationships with families and provide ongoing support and guidance
- Collaborate with community organizations and service providers to ensure families receive the best possible support
- Maintain a flexible work week including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet family needs
The qualified Family Resource Navigator will have:
- High School Diploma Required
- Experience working with families in need
- Strong understanding of community resources and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
