JusticeWorks is seeking an experienced Family Visitation Case Manager to join our team! As a Family Visitation Case Manager, you will play a critical role in providing support and services to families who are engaged in the court system. You will be responsible for completing comprehensive assessments, developing case plans, and providing direct supervision to families during visitation. You will also coordinate the exchange of information between families and court personnel. The qualified Family Visitation Case Manager will:
- Maintain open communication with referring authorities.
- Attend court hearings and provide testimony as required.
- Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.
The qualified Family Visitation Case Manager will have:
- High School Diploma required.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
- Pass current, applicable clearances.
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
