JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a Juvenile Justice Case Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing services to juveniles involved in the justice system. The Juvenile Justice Case Manager will work closely with juvenile offenders and their families to identify goals that will provide a safe and supportive environment, while helping to ensure that the juveniles comply with the terms of their probation. The Case Manager will monitor progress and provide guidance on a wide range of topics, including employment, housing, mental health, and any other matters that may arise. This position will work mainly with male clientele.

The qualified Juvenile Justice Case Manager will have:
- High School Diploma required.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
- Pass current, applicable clearances.
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.

The qualified Juvenile Justice Case Manager will:
- Assess and engage families in service planning based on demonstrated needs.
- Plan and implement appropriate interventions using evidence based and best practice approaches.
- Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.
