JusticeWorks YouthCare is hiring an Office Manager. The Office Manager works closely with and supports all corporate departments. Generally, this position will assist with daily operations in the headquarters office related to front desk management, light overflow accounting work and office supply management. Information concerning clients or Company business must be held in the strictest confidence.

The qualified Office Manager will:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including answering and directing phone calls, email correspondence, faxing, filing, ordering office supplies and assisting with mailings and deliveries.
- Receive and appropriately direct daily client payments.
- Assist the payroll department with administrative functions, including processing payroll when needed.
The qualified Office Manager will have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. 2 years’ office experience and 1 year general accounting experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
- Pass all current, applicable clearances.
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
