The qualified Payroll Specialist will:
- Compile and input payroll incentives and set up various payroll deductions
- Process and monitor garnishment orders.
- Complete payroll related information requests.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering payroll-related questions and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
The qualified Payroll Specialist will have:
- Associates Degree or High School Diploma with related experience
- At least 3 years of Payroll / Accounting experience
- Applicant must be detail-oriented.
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines.
- Must be able to deal with difficult, sensitive and confidential issues.
- Good customer service skills and overall understanding of accounting exposure to management reporting systems.
- Strong organizational, time management and prioritization abilities.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
