Below is a brief summary of the expectations/requirements of the per diem clinical educator position.
The position cannot be held along with a FT position due to the availability requirements and level of time
involved with travel and account support.
Clinical Educator Position
Expectations/requirements from the time of hire
- Registered Nurse with 3 years of current ICU or ED experience
- Strong knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring
- Strong computer skills and greater than average understanding of technology
- Position requires 4-5 consecutive days of travel and overnight hotel stays
- Must be able to train during the evening and/or night shifts
Orientation
- Minimum 3 weeks each month of 5-day availability Mon-Fri
- The orientation period is approximately 5-6 months
- Orientation is in the field at actual accounts
Orientation Tools / Classes
- Online Learning Modules
- (4) Separate M-F Classes @ Training Center in Cleveland
- Monthly checkpoint calls with JustiCorp & client
Availability for Independent Training after release from orientation
- Minimum of 2 weeks each month of 4-5 consecutive days for the first 18 months following release from orientation
Salary : $114,400 - $135,200
