Are you passionate about fashion and eager to play a key role in bringing beautiful garments to life? Our Product Department at Justin Alexander is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Merchandise Assistant for a temporary position running from mid-November to mid-January.
The role will play a vital role in the preparation and flawless presentation of our latest collections, supporting Line Review and photo shoots.
They’ll handle meticulous sample preparation, coordinate shipments for both international and local shoots, and manage inventory post-Line Review to keep everything running seamlessly.

Responsibilities :
- Assist in prepping and organizing gowns for Line Review & Photo Shoots
- Assist with Line Review :
- Unpacking & steaming samples as they arrive leading up to line review
- Tagging gowns
- Merchandising by Price Point or Collection
- Dressing models
- Running gowns to respective line review racks
- Assist with labeling and numbering gowns by collection
- Upload line review photos into Centric
- Check all photos / naming
- Prep shot lists by brand including correct style #s and matching accessories
- Prep gowns to ship to photo shoots :
- Shipping to European Headquarters
- Assist on-set with JAS photo shoot
- Manage inventory post-Line Review : Cancels, Holds & Reworks
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a fashion-related role (internships or other relevant experience)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple samples and track product information in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in or passion for bridal fashion is preferred
- Team player with a go-getter mentality, willing to support others and take initiative
- Dependable, positive, and detail-oriented, with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Effective communicator across all internal teams and open to constructive feedback as a growth opportunity
