Job Description
Justin Architects, P.A. is seeking a Project Architect to join our team. This role will be responsible for the design and construction of large-scale projects. As an Architecture Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of architectural projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and ensuring that all deliverables are met within the established deadlines. Your exceptional communication skills will be crucial in liaising with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align project objectives and maintain a high level of client satisfaction. Our team collaborates in the workplace to encourage team engagement.
Duties include:
·Prepare construction documents such as plans, specifications, and specifications.
·Create detailed construction documents such as schedules, BOMs, and submittals.
·Create detailed drawings for construction documents such as beams, columns, girders, etc.
·Create submittals and schedules for permitting.
·Assist in the preparation of site surveys and other documentation.
·Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
·Assist in the coordination of project scope changes as needed.
·Assist in the coordination of schedule adjustments as needed.
·Assist in the coordination of change orders as needed.
·Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Architecture. A Master's degree is a plus.
· 10 years experience as an Architecture Project Manager, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
· Able to navigate software such as Revit and AutoCad
· Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
· Familiarity with sustainability and green building practices.
· Strong knowledge of architectural principles, design processes, and construction techniques.
·Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
