What are the responsibilities and job description for the Varsity Volleyball Head Coach position at Justin-Siena High School?
Justin-Siena is seeking a Varsity Volleyball Head Coach for the 2025-2026 school year. The school competes in the Vine Valley Athletic League (VVAL) and the North Coast Section (NCS). Candidates must have a commitment to building a loving, inclusive community and to developing holistic growth in student-athletes. The position is part-time and comes with a competitive stipend. However, some consideration for a full-time position may be determined based on qualification. Head Coaches report directly to the Athletic Director.
The successful candidate will articulate a vision for a successful Volleyball program that aligns with the core principles of a Lasallian school. Further, it is expected the Head Coach will direct all phases of the program including practice planning, conditioning, strategy and tactics, scheduling and budget oversight. The Volleyball program will be active starting in July 2025 through October/November 2025. Finally, the head coach embraces the responsibility of being a positive role model/mentor for students and as a representative of Justin-Siena High School.
