Pay and Benefits : - Sign On Bonus- Weekly Settlements with Direct Deposits- Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance- Company paid Life Insurance- Vacation : 1 year = 1 week, 3 years = 2 weeks- All NEW equipment- Factory equipped refrigerators in every truck- Average Length of Haul is 1,500 miles- 99% no-touch freightJob Requirements : - Drivers must meet all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.- Must be 25 years of age.- Must have 24 months or more of recent verifiable experience in the last 36 months.- Valid Class A CDL license from the state you reside in.- Must have a valid DOT physical or be willing to complete one .- Complete and pass DOT pre-employment drug testing requirement.- Must complete FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearing House Query and status must be "Not Prohibited" with no past "Prohibited" infractions or SAP (Return to work)- No more than (2) moving violations in the last (36) months, with no more than (1) in the last (12) months.- No 15 spedding, Reckless or Unsafe operation. (Rear-ends, rollovers, lane-changes)- No more than (2) preventable accidents in the last (36) months, with no more than (1) in the last (12) months.- No Preventable DOT recordables.- No Felony changes or on probation. Misdemeanors upon review.
