We're searching for a diligent part-time office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to calls and emails in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, database management and marketing our brand through community events, print and digital mediums. You will work alongside our Listing and Marketing Manager with creating listing documents, processing signed listing agreements, scheduling vendors, assisting in preparing homes to sell, organizing showings, and generating reports to display sales activity. You will assist in planning client appreciation events, listing marketing, assisting in creating social media and website marketing. Our ideal candidate can operate with a high level of professionalism and juggle multiple tasks efficiently, all while staying focused and helping others with a smile. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service. Experience with Microsoft and Adobe a must.
