Highlighted responsibilities :
- Manage the preparation and review of complex partnership tax returns, including federal, state, and local filings
- Oversee tax planning and strategy for real estate clients, including structuring transactions.
- Lead client interactions to engage in meaningful conversations and build trust
- Conduct research and analysis of tax issues related to real estate, including partnership allocations, depreciation, and gain analysis
- Actively nurture staff and team members through training and mentorship
Key qualifications :
Compensation range : $130,000 / year – $140,000 / year
